The series includes two items of the Taranaki St yard, Wellington where the timber yard had been located from 1905 to 1924. The growth of the company had resulted in the relocation of the timber yard and mill to Petone and the closure of the Taranaki St premises. The Petone site photographs includes aerial views, close up shots of the interior of the joinery factory, exterior views of buildings and the topping off in 1924.
