Concrete frame and cladding with concrete roof, precast concrete balustrades to Zoology Block and concrete parapets to Geology & Botany Blocks. 133m2 11m-long 12.1m-wide three-storey link structure between Geology & Botany Blocks had access stairs and male & female toilets on each floor. 15m2 3.2m X 1.6m three-level covered way gave access from the lower three levels of one end of the Zoology Block to the Geology & Botany Blocks link structure. Zoology block structurally complete Christmas 1964 with plasterers working on external finishes. By 2005 Botany & Geology blocks redesignated as Plant & Microbial Sciences block
