Description
These papers were gathered by Tasman Forestry in the course of document discovery for their case against the Forestry Corporation. They include items from Tasman Pulp & Paper, Fletcher Holdings, Fletcher Challenge, Fletcher Forests and other predecessors and subsidiaries companies. Papers were numbered and filed chronologically in 2 systems (chrono and supplementary). Items extracted and copied to be used in evidence were assigned another number.
All items were listed on a stand alone pc in Filetrak which is in the processing room, also may be accessed on Tasarb Filetrak icon. Until processed access is best based on date range, each document has been given a folio number which can be retrieved in Filetrak by using the menu item 'change document', enter folio number & it will bring-up the appropiate item. Use both date & folio no to search the boxes for the requested document.Some items are original documents. 27 September 2006 - Filetrack database tranferred to CD & DVD. It is unlikely database will be accessible unless Filetrak program is sourced & installed
