Description
This series consist of photographs of Winstone Ltd heavy haulage transportation jobs. The series includes boats, motor and sail, wide-load house removal, aeroplanes, mobile cranes and earth moving machines. Most of the photographs have appeared in Winstone Ltd in-house magazine 'Winstone News' 1952-1963. The series also includes historic photographs of Maori canoe being transported to the new Auckland Institute and War Memorial Museum by Winstone's vehicles .
