The items in this series are listed in the register and the summary of documents in 1115. They have been listed with these numbers in the descriptions in the contents list. Items retained relate to the legal constitution of the company, its property, functions and dealings with other agencies. Apprenticeship contracts and Workers' Accident Compensation claim files have also been retained. The documents were often accompanied by correspondence, and this series seems to have functioned in part as the Head Office filing system.
