Challenge Corporate Services Ltd was formed when Broadbank Investments Ltd changed its name to the latter in February/March 1984.[1]
The Company moved into futures trading in 1984 and was a founder member of the NZ Commodities Market Ltd with Graham Perrin as Managing Director.[2]
A 50% shareholding was purchased in the Cook Islands Trust Corporation Ltd in 1984. This was the first trust company registered in the Cook Islands under their tax-free legislation.
On December 31, 1984, Challenge Corporate Services Ltd was sold to Marac Holdings Ltd but remained a separate entity specialising in investment banking.[3] ..RELA:
