Ltd (25%). c) Australian operations, with Fletcher Organisation Pty Ltd and Watts Holdings Ltd (including James Wallace Pty Ltd). d) Overseas contracting operations, including Morobe Constructions Pty Ltd and Fletcher Reddy (50%). The managing director of this division was GSA Hamilton.
In 1993 the name was amended back to The Fletcher Construction Company
