Description
The Hangar and Workshop buildings were constructed for TEAL, and also to be used by the National Airways Corporation (NAC). The design engineers were Kingston, Reynolds, Thom and Allardice. The FCC on- site team was headed by Slim Avery (hangar) and Jimmy Hill (workshop). The series includes an aerial view of the opening day in which the Fletcher Cessna aircraft was present (Arrowhead Autumn 1964.65 and 66)
