Items 8-11 missing. Fletcher Titan Morgan (FTM) was a joint venture between Fletcher Construction Company, Titan Cranes Ltd & Morgan Equipment Company (San Francisco) which was formed to supply, operate and maintain cranes and other construction equipment for NZ Synthetic Fuels Corporation gas to gasoline project located near New Plymouth. Construction began in 1982 and was completed in 1985.
The series consist of coloured photographs of the project and includes cranes of various sizes and types, staff and workshop facilities and equipment.
Some of the images were featured in an article about the project in the July 1983 issue of Fletcher Challenge News. Item descriptions are the photograph captains used in the FC News article
